POSTPONED Vocal Practice (vocal technique workshop for rock, pop, jazz...)

Due to the sanitary measures put in place by the authorities in the context of the current pandemic, the Vocal Practice workshop series initially scheduled to start on 8 December 2020 had to be postponed.

You have some experience with basic singing technique and would like to deepen your knowledge? Then the Vocal Practice course will provide you with the necessary tools!

  

 

 

 

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW: 

 

This course offers you a toolbox with vocal exercises that help you strengthen your voice and overcome vocal challenges:

  • work on the sound of your voice
  • become conscious about your vocal and musical potential and acquire the necessary know-how to train it
  • get to know tips on how to develop your hearing
  • do some practical work on solo songs
  • discover the importance of rhythm in lyrics and melodic lines
  • become aware of the role of a singer in different musical styles

 

The workshop is hosted by Priscila Da Costa.

 

Practical info & COVID-19 measures :

 

Due to the current health situation, we had to reorganize the course. The course participants will be entitled to in-depth sessions on site, at the Rocklab, in a restricted committee (4 persons, coach included). These sessions will alternate every third week. In addition, individual online sessions will be offered. 


Date and place: On site classes will take place at the Rocklab, Tuesdays from 19:30 to 21:30 starting December 8th. A detailed schedule will be provided to participants.

Online sessions will be scheduled individually with the coach.

Skill level: intermediate and advanced (from 15 years onwards)

 

Price: 90.- for 3 on site sessions and 2 online sessions

Official sanitary measures apply.

Participants are required to bring their own microphone for the on site sessions.
